A spring in Gascony: The daffodils have already bloomed, the grass is growing releasing its dewy perfumes, soon the sun will dry everything. We cook the Acacia flowers in fritters, the peaches ripen. On the terraces shaded by ageless wisteria, we feast on cherries and fruity local white wine.
