Our creamed honey is 100% pure, raw, and unfiltered honey that is crystalized under controlled conditions. We initiate the crystallization process and spin raw honey over the course of a few days to control the size of the crystal. The smaller the crystal, the smoother and creamier the honey. Since this honey is already crystalized it can be stored indefinitely, however exposing creamed honey to excessive heat may cause it to liquify and return to its traditional consistency.
